We are seeking collaboration with researchers.  We want to research some of the common themes that occur in deaths to  understand why learning disabled and/or autistic people are dying  on average 25 years younger than the rest of the population. We also want to look into the actions and processes surrounding deaths in care, independent reviews, safeguarding reviews, inquests.   If you can help, please contact us through twitter or facebook DM.
